Unless by prior arrangement (24hours in advance) any dog that is picked up 15 minutes late, will be charged £5.00.  Additional charges of £5.00 will then be added for every further 15 minutes. This is to cover the cost of staff working over to care for your pets.

Earlier pickups can be arranged please call for information.  

No shows and late cancellations:

All no shows on the day of booking will be charged at full session price.

All cancellations less than 24 hour prior to booking will be charged at 50% of session.

Those on prepaid plans will be debited one session. If you pay as you go next session will include the cancellation fee.

Pet Taxi.

Perth Pet Care has a dedicated van for the safe transport of dogs to and from day care.

We can pick up and drop off your pet between 07:00 to 18:00.

Within Perth City Centre £7 each way.

Outwith Perth City Centre £7 plus 45p per mile travelled.

Note ‘City Centre’ is defined as any area inside the following: Broxden roundabout. Inveralmond roundabout, River Tay.
